Kerry joined Cadet Vocational College in November 2013 and currently serves as a Lead Teaching and Learning Manager for the South. Passionate about youth development and lifelong learning, she brings a wealth of experience from both the education and property sectors.
Kerry’s professional journey began with a Youth Training Scheme in administration, followed by an early career in the TV production industry, working with Britt Allcroft on globally recognised brands such as Thomas the Tank Engine. She later spent 13 years in the lettings industry, managing property portfolios, advising landlords, handling deposit disputes, and preparing legal cases for court proceedings.
Alongside her professional career, Kerry has been a dedicated adult volunteer with the Army Cadet Force since 1997. Now holding the rank of Major, she currently serves as County Training Officer for Dorset ACF and the Bridge Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Advisor for HQ South West, supporting DofE officers across the region. Her cadet journey began in 1993, achieving the rank of Cadet Staff Sergeant and completing the four-star syllabus, as well as earning her Bronze, Silver, and Gold DofE Awards.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, reading, and volunteering with the ACF and DofE. She also shares her home with Libby, a lively Whippet x Jack Russell.
