Daniel Chan MBE is a Partner at PwC UK, where he leads the firm’s Charities practice and Government & Health Industries audit work. Based in London, he specialises in advising large, high-profile charities and public sector organisations, and is recognised for his expertise in audit, assurance and governance across the not-for-profit sector.
Alongside his professional role, Daniel is deeply committed to public service and the development of the charity sector. He has held a number of senior governance positions, including serving as Honorary Treasurer and Trustee of UK Youth, where his work has supported millions of young people across the UK. He also contributes widely as a governor and trustee across education and charitable organisations, and has chaired the ICAEW Charity Committee.
Daniel was awarded an MBE in 2023 for services to charity and young people. A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Manager, he combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to social impact, supporting charities and public bodies to maximise their effectiveness and deliver meaningful outcomes for communities.
