Andrew joined Cadet Vocational College in 2017 and serves as Lead Teaching and Learning Manager for the North.
He brings a long-standing commitment to youth development, having served as a commissioned officer in the Air Training Corps from 1991 to 2019. During this time, Andrew held several senior roles including Squadron Commander, Wing Staff Officer, and Wing Vocational Qualifications Officer – supporting young people to achieve their potential through structured learning and support.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys clay target shooting and taking to the open road in his cherished Mazda MX-5.
