On Monday, Chief Executive and Principal Guy Horridge OBE attended an Act of Remembrance at the Department for Education accompanied by Varen Gowda and Jake Horton, two of our Westminster Award finalists.
The Rt Hon Gillian Keegan MP, Secretary of State for Education and The Rt Hon Robert Halfon MP, Minister of State (Minister for Skills, Apprenticeships and Higher Education) were among those who laid a wreath alongside Guy Horridge OBE and our Chairman The Rt Hon The Lord Lingfield.
The wreaths were laid against the memorial to the members of the staff of the Board of Education who fell in the Great War 1914-1918.
A two-minute silence was observed by those gathered, broken only by the bugler sounding Reveille.
We will remember them.
